Our process
The Real Deal started in Wollongong when founder Patrick set up racks of thrifted clothes in his front yard. Soon after, his brother Reed joined him, and the two turned a weekend hobby into a stall at Glebe Markets. By 2018, they had opened their flagship store in Newtown, Sydney’s hub for vintage clothing. What began as a small side hustle has grown into one of the most trusted names in Australian vintage, with a store locals love and an online range that ships all over the world.
Every piece we sell is handpicked from across multiple continents, and carefully checked, washed, and steamed before it reaches the shop floor or your doorstep. Whether shopping in our Sydney vintage store or online, customers can trust that every item is ready to wear.
