Q. Do you buy, trade, or consign items?
A. Unfortunately, due to an influx of stock, we are currently not buying, trading, or consigning items.
Q. Where do you get your vintage from?
A. Every single piece of our vintage clothing is hand-picked. This is done locally as well as internationally through a variety of methods and sources.
Q. Can I apply for a job?

Q. What is your returns policy?
A. Our Returns Policy can be found here. It will explain in detail which circumstances may be eligible for either an exchange or a refund.

Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes! All orders are eligible for free shipping within Australia. For any more information on shipping rates and times, please click here.
Q. Can I purchase an item if I am outside of Australia?
A. Yes! We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Vietnam, Italy, and Japan.
Q. Can I cancel or change my order?
A. We strive to fulfil and dispatch all orders within one business day. For this reason, it is important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order. You can email us at contact@the-real-deal.com.au, or call us on 0401 138 821 between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm.
Q. Are all of your items authentic?
A. Yes! All of our sneakers and vintage clothing are guaranteed 100% authentic.
Q. Are your items new or used?
A. All of our sneakers are brand new. Our vintage and streetwear clothing items are a mix, with the majority being pre-loved. The condition of each piece is described in detail in the product listing, with any pre-loved items having been carefully pre-washed.
Q. Why does this item have a mark, hole, or other flaw?
A. Due to the majority of our vintage items being pre-loved, they may show signs of wear like distressing, fading, holes, etc. We believe these features only add to the individuality and character of each piece. Any such flaws in the item will be described in the description and photographed closely.
Q. Do you sell Gift Cards?
A. Yes! Through our online store we offer E-Gift Cards that can be purchased here. You can choose the value of the E-Gift Card from as little as $50, up to $500. After purchasing, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used during checkout to redeem its value. The value of each card can be used across multiple orders.
Q. Can I get the same item just in another size?
A. All of our vintage items are one-off items that have been hand-picked. This makes it quite difficult to find the exact piece in multiple sizes. Our sneakers and some brand new streetwear items do however, get restocked in multiple sizes.
Q. Where can I find you guys on social media?
A. We are most active on our Instagram which you can find here, and on Tiktok which you can find here. We'd love to see how you style your items that you have purchased from us! Tag us in your posts or stories for a chance to be re-shared and win prizes.
